Pet Emergency Academy LLC is a Nevada limited liability company responsible for the sale and shipment of physical retail products. Animal Care and Wellness Institute serves as an educational platform for virtual training programs and does not independently process or ship physical goods.

Order Processing Time

All physical retail items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and transfer your order to the designated shipping carrier. Processing times are separate from delivery times.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Time

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery times are determined solely by the shipping provider. Pet Emergency Academy LLC does not control the time it takes a carrier to deliver a package once it has left our facility.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Carrier backlogs or labor disruptions
• Holidays
• Customs processing (for international shipments)
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please verify all address details, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, ZIP/postal codes, and contact information before submitting your order.

Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in delayed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping fees.

Liability for Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Pet Emergency Academy LLC is not liable for packages that are:

• Lost in transit by the shipping carrier
• Marked as delivered but reported missing
• Stolen after confirmed delivery
• Delayed due to carrier issues
• Returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is assumed by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact the carrier directly for delivery-related inquiries.

Address Corrections and Re-Shipment

If you discover an address error after placing your order, you must contact us immediately. While we will attempt to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges required for re-shipment.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and coordinate with the carrier if delivery issues arise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Emergency Academy LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, carrier errors, theft, or delivery failures. Our obligation is limited solely to processing and transferring the order to the designated carrier within the stated 3–5 business day processing window.

Pet Emergency Academy LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
