ATC- Certificates and Benefits for Class Participants

Each participant in that enrolls in your pet CPR and first aid classes receives the following:

An official certification certificate

An E-book copy of our Canine and Feline CPR and First Aid Reference Guide

2 year subscription to the Virtual Animal Emergency Resource Center

Certificates and access to the resource center are granted through the participants’ account on our website. Each account is assigned to the person through their personal email address which has to be a unique email address for each person registered. It is important that you make sure each person in your class has their own email address. NO ONE is permitted to share an email address.

Here are the detailed instructions that you can give to participants on how to access their certificates. These are the same instructions we will email to your participants once we receive your form and payment.

In order to access your certificate please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account and go to your Account Dashboard.
2. Scroll below your name and profile information.
3. Click on the name of the class you attended.
4.  Once you click on the name of your class a new page will open as shown below. There is a bar that says Click Here to Print Certificate.
5. Click on the button and the certificate can be downloaded as a pdf and/or printed. Access to print certificates expire within 14 days from the date the class was held.

Tell your class participants to please log into their account on our website at the link we email to them within 14 days of receiving their email. Certificate access expires within 14 days of account activation.
